Job Title: Supply Management Planner
Location: Moline, IL 
Assignment Length: 24 Months (As a W2 employee of KellyOCG)
Pay Rate: $26.50 per hour
Shift Information: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (minimal overtime expected)
Work Environment: Fully onsite position with business casual dress code; frequent interaction with suppliers and internal teams; comfort with factory environment and occasional intra-facility travel required.
Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the future, for this position. Cross border work is not permitted for this role.

Position Overview:
As a Supply Management Planner, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of purchased parts from both internal and external suppliers across one or more sites. You'll leverage your communication and organizational skills to ensure timely deliveries, resolve issues, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee delivery processes for purchased parts
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for daily tasks
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in typing and general computer operations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt to factory/shop floor environments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4-year degree in a Business-related field or Supply Management
  • Open to recent graduate candidates
  • Experience with SAP
Additional Information:
  • Fully onsite role; candidate must be comfortable with factory environment and occasional intra-facility travel
  • May drive company Gator or tractor within factory after successfully completing safety training (optional); personal vehicles may be used for travel between nearby facilities (within a 20-mile radius)
