What's a typical day as a Supply Chain Sr. Planner?

You'll be leading end-to-end project management and planning initiatives that support wholesale marketing and supply chain execution across multiple brands and customers.

Project Management
  • Own end-to-end management of key marketing initiatives and supply chain projects

  • Set standards and best practices for execution, communication, and tracking

  • Provide executive-ready weekly and ad hoc status updates

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Brand, Product, Go-To-Market, and Global Supply Chain teams

  • Proactively identify risks and constraints, recommending mitigation plans

  • Escalate and resolve issues using strong relationship management and problem-solving skills

Go-To-Market Execution
  • Serve as subject matter expert on order execution, SAP order logic, and GTM controls

  • Partner with leadership to evaluate trade-offs and recommend execution paths

  • Review complex order rejections and exceptions, influencing cross-functional decisions

  • Identify systemic GTM execution issues and lead process improvements

Planning & Forecasting
  • Own forecast accuracy, inventory health, and service performance for assigned clients

  • Develop forward-looking insights to identify risks and opportunities

  • Lead inventory and service discussions with sales and leadership teams

  • Establish planning routines and standards tailored to customer behavior

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Economics, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning or similar roles

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights

  • Advanced Excel skills (lookups, IF statements, pivot tables)

  • Strong PowerPoint skills with executive-level presentation experience

  • Experience working with SAP and enterprise database systems

  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence peers and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the fashion and accessories industry

  • Knowledge of fashion sales cycles and buying practices

  • SAP AFS experience

  • Order Management cycle experience

  • Business Intelligence tools (SAP Business Objects)

  • Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

  • Automation tools (Power Automate)

  • Programming experience (Python, VBA, DAX)

  • Proven experience leading meetings and driving alignment

  • Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning

  • Work Setting: Hybrid (3 onsite / 2 WFH)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (flexible)

  • Contract Length: 5 months
