Kelly is hiring for a Supervisor - Maintenance for a 9-month contract role at Dayton, OH 45417-6712 with our prestigious client.

Job Title: Supervisor - Maintenance

Primary Location: 1515 Nichols Rd, Dayton, OH 45417-6712
9-month contract - Onsite role
Shift: 8:00 AM   to 5 PM
Pay rate: $40-57/hr.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Supervisor – Maintenance to lead our maintenance team and oversee daily facility operations. The ideal candidate will ensure equipment, machinery, and building systems are properly maintained and compliant with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff in daily tasks and long-term projects.
  • Manage preventative and corrective maintenance across the facility.
  • Conduct inspections and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain documentation of work orders, inspections, and safety checks.
  • Collaborate with other department supervisors to support production and facility goals.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Order and manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in maintenance or facility supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
