Location: Grovetown, GA
Assignment Length: 12 Months (As a W2 employee of KellyOCG)
Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
Shift Information: 3rd Shift, Monday – Friday (including some Saturdays as demands require), 8:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Position Overview:
As a Material Flow Supervisor, you'll ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials within the factory, maintaining production flow, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company standards. You'll play a critical role by bridging planning and execution, implementing material plans, supporting production needs, and driving operational excellence.
Key Focus Areas & Responsibilities:
- People Leadership & Safety Management: Directly oversee hourly material flow team members, ensure compliance with safety policies, conduct safety talks and hazard analyses, investigate incidents, and manage performance (including training and coaching)
- Inventory Control & Production Support: Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and discrepancy analysis; support production by ensuring the timely and correct delivery of parts; minimize line downtime; coordinate with production control and supervisors
- Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement: Manage warehouse and internal logistics (receiving, storage, kitting), optimize material flow paths and equipment usage, execute production schedules from planning, collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead Lean initiatives, and track safety, inventory accuracy, and productivity KPIs
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Experience:
- Previous Material Flow supervision knowledge is preferred
