Location: Tulsa, OK 74117
Pay Rate: $25.66/hr
Shifts Available: 1st shift (5:00am - 3:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform safe assembly, fitting, layout, fabrication, and installation of structural parts on aircraft, following blueprints and work orders.
  • Operate a variety of tools for drilling, riveting, and shaping metal and plastics, ensuring parts meet specifications and removing fasteners without damage.
  • Inspect completed assemblies for defects, document work in logs/records, and ensure compliance with quality standards before final inspection.
  • Make repairs and rework based on Material Tags, Review Requests, and Change Orders; maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following safety and 5S guidelines.
  • Communicate and coordinate with team members, properly dispose of waste, support Lean activities, and assist in equipment maintenance

Must-Haves:
  • High School Diploma or GED required, with at least 2 years of related structural assembly experience.
  • Ability to safely operate a variety of hand and power tools for assembly, riveting, and sheetmetal fabrication without damaging components.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, sketches, and technical documents; able to follow detailed assembly procedures.
  • Solid understanding of quality assurance, including performing thorough inspections and maintaining accurate production records.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety, organizational cleanliness (5S), proper waste disposal, and the consistent use of personal protective equipment.
  • Effective communicator able to coordinate activities across shifts, document work accurately, and contribute to continuous improvement (Lean) initiatives.
