Put your manufacturing and production support skills to work with Smurfit Westrock, a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging solutions. We're hiring Night Shift Stackers to support corrugator operations at our Tulare, CA facility.

? Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
? Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Night Shift)
? Work Environment: Corrugated packaging plant operating corrugators and die-cutting equipment in a fast-paced production setting

? What's a typical day as a Stacker? You will:
? Stack finished corrugated boards and packaging products from corrugator lines.
?? Monitor stacker and load former equipment to minimize downtime and waste.
? Inspect finished boards and remove defective materials to maintain quality standards.
? Ensure correct bundle counts and verify scale accuracy.
? Communicate machine adjustment needs and production concerns to operators.
? Maintain workstation cleanliness and proper PPE usage at all times.
? Perform basic sanitation and preventative maintenance procedures.
? Follow SQF, HACCP, GMP, Food Defense, and all safety compliance programs.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
Experience supporting machine operations in a manufacturing environment.
Strong quality inspection and defect identification skills.
Ability to maintain steady production flow in a high-speed setting.
Awareness of safety standards and GMP compliance practices.
Physical stamina for repetitive lifting, stacking, and ergonomic handling.

Work Environment & Expectations:
High-volume corrugated production environment.
Standing for extended periods with repetitive stacking and lifting.
Steel-toe shoes required.
Interview required prior to start.
Strict adherence to food-grade safety and sanitation standards.
