Position Available: Senior HR Assistant, HR Operations
Location: Aguadilla, Puerto Rico

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Relevant HR experience
  • Proficiency in Workday, Concur, Peoplesoft, or any payroll program
  • Must be available for any shift, if necessary
  • Valid ID
  • Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in Human Resources

Position Description:
We are looking for a candidate with experience in the following areas:

  • Leave of Absence Management: The role requires proficiency in handling leave of absence processes, ensuring that employees receive appropriate support throughout their leave journey.
  • Fast-Paced HR Environment: The position operates in a dynamic HR setting, necessitating interactions with external vendors, HR partners, managers, and employees.
  • Consultative and Administrative Support: The candidate will provide comprehensive consultative and administrative assistance to employees as they navigate their leave processes. This includes intaking, interpreting, researching, analyzing, responding to, and escalating inquiries related to various leave of absence, timekeeping, and pay-related tasks.
  • Transaction Processing: Responsibilities include processing employee benefit forms, managing leave of absence transactions in Workday, EV5, or other relevant systems, and providing support to HR partners and Labor Relations regarding leave of absence inquiries and reporting requests.
  • Information Management: The candidate must manage all information requests in a timely manner, fostering teamwork, maintaining high quality, and promoting a continuous improvement environment.

This position operates under direct supervision, ensuring that all processes are conducted efficiently and effectively to support our employees and HR operations.
