Schedule:
3rd Shift – 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Monday to Saturday with mandatory overtime
Every other Sunday (8 hours required)
What's a typical day as a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator? You will:
Pull, sort, pack, and ship retail, wholesale, and grower orders accurately and on time.
Operate carousel systems and handheld scanners to track and fulfill orders.
Process packing lists and shipping documentation with a high level of accuracy.
Customize cartons and skids to meet customer-specific shipping requirements.
Restock inventory, perform stock runs, and update materials management systems.
Ensure top-priority shipments meet required deadlines.
Maintain accurate timesheets and shipping documentation.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and warehouse guidelines.
Perform housekeeping and other assigned duties to support overall warehouse operations.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
A high school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
The ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and work instructions.
Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
Experience using scanners, barcodes, spreadsheets, or warehouse systems.
The ability to learn and use carousel systems such as PickPro.
Good communication skills and dependable attendance.
Willingness and ability to work mandatory overtime, including weekends.
The physical ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
