Job Title: Shipping Department Associate

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team in Elyria as a Shipping Department Associate! This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous shipping experience to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Company: Premier manufacturing industry
- Location: Elyria,OH
- Pay Rate: $22/hr.
- Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Unload semi-trucks and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Weigh items and pick/pack according to customer needs, including breaking down boxes from 100 to 20 pieces.
- Utilize a scanner and computer to track shipments and print labels.
- Operate both stand up and sit-down forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous shipping experience is required.
- Forklift operation experience is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent attendance record; a maximum of 2 absences in 90 days is permitted.
