Service Technician – US Water Treatment Services
Long Term Contract Position
West Nyack, NY
Travel within 20 mile radius 

Job Description:
As a Service Technician, you'll support, service, and maintain water treatment equipment, ensuring top customer service. You will work hands-on to meet customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and support safe, reliable operations.

Key Characteristics:

• Solid troubleshooting instincts
• Hands-on mechanical ability
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• Reliable, safety-minded, and adaptable

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inspect and service water equipment; complete routine maintenance
• Follow all safety guidelines and support safe operations
• Document service actions and basic system information
• Work with site teams to keep equipment running smoothly
• Assist with operation of critical water systems as needed

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Basic computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Clear communication and customer service focus

Experience:

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Basic understanding of chemicals or water systems
• General hands?on trade skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in mechanical, chemical, or general trades
