Job Title: Service Availability Representative I (French Bilingual)
Work Model: Onsite

Kelly, in partnership with our client—one of Canada's Top 100 Employers and recognized as one of Canada's Best Diversity Employers—is hiring Bilingual Service Availability Representatives (Level 1 Technical Support).

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Respond to a variety of inbound colleague calls and emails.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed problem documentation through ticketing systems.
  • Provide timely escalation and follow-up with internal support groups and colleagues.
  • Build ongoing support proficiency across additional skills and applications.
  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for internal users.
  • Work with technology teams to resolve end-user incidents within established timeframes.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Fluent in French and English (read, write, and speak).
  • 1–2 years of technical support experience or related technical education.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
  • General knowledge of PC hardware and components.
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong computer navigation skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Technical degree or IT certification.
