The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for developing, analyzing, and implementing new or modified process technologies, products, equipment, and systems at the Senatobia, MS location.
Senior Process Engineer Responsibilities:

• Develops and employs expertise in all areas of the plant including compounding, extrusion, web handling and adhesive coating.
• Identifies process weaknesses and develops process methods, materials, training, and equipment modifications to obtain improvement.
• Prioritizes and implements process improvements and controls to reduce defects, scrap, rework, and downtime in production.
• Provides leadership for the site process team regarding problem solving and supporting production.
• Resolves issues relating to materials, methods, and equipment.
• Responsibility for projects in the plant including introduction of new technology and cost reduction; new product or process start-up, and the justification of new equipment to improve processes.

Senior Process Engineer Requirements:

• Previous Engineering experience in a plastics manufacturing environment- extrusion and sheeting processes would be highly desired.
• BS Degree in Engineering, Plastics or Materials Science
