Job Details
Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of Manufacturing to lead print production, inventory, and fulfillment operations. This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality products with maximum efficiency while ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of lean manufacturing, supply chain planning, and team leadership. They are highly solution-oriented, grounded in integrity, and skilled at aligning business priorities with operational execution.

Job Description
Lead and manage all aspects of manufacturing operations including print production, finishing, logistics, maintenance, scheduling, and quality control.
Develop and oversee inventory purchasing and planning strategies that ensure material availability while minimizing excess and waste.
Manage key vendor relationships to secure best pricing, lead times, and service, negotiating contracts and holding partners accountable for performance.
Drive implementation of lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste, optimize workflow, and improve speed, cost, and quality.
Translate strategic business goals into operational plans, aligning people and resources to deliver results.
Partner with Sales, Art, and Customer Service teams to support a smooth order lifecycle and elevate the overall customer experience.
Lead and develop manufacturing and supply chain teams, building a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Leverage data and KPIs to identify opportunities, make informed decisions, and track progress against targets.
Evaluate and recommend investments in equipment, technology, and process changes to increase capacity and scalability.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all manufacturing functions.

Skills/Qualifications Required
10+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership, ideally within the wide-format printing or graphics industry.
Demonstrated success implementing lean manufacturing principles in a fast-paced environment.
Strong track record of managing purchasing, inventory planning, and vendor partnerships.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people development skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt quickly to change.
High integrity and a hands-on leadership style that models accountability and teamwork.
Proficient with ERP/MIS systems, production scheduling tools, and supply chain analytics.
Bachelor's degree in operations management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
