Senior Analyst – Product Advisory
Join the Product Advisory Group and help shape digital solutions at one of Canada's leading financial institutions! We are seeking a highly curious and analytical Senior Analyst to drive the value of our digital products and optimize service for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Develop and document business capabilities, process flows, and requirements for digital products
• Analyze service performance, client feedback, and market benchmarks to recommend product enhancements
• Report on KPIs, adoption, and digital transformation metrics for leadership teams
• Maintain and enhance knowledge repositories and self-serve tools for internal and client stakeholders
• Triage complex production issues and participate in business assessments for client needs

What You Bring

• Senior-level experience in analysis, product advisory, or business process roles
• Expertise in analytics, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong intellectual curiosity and a proactive, leadership mindset
• Bilingualism in English/French a plus
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment
