Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Starting pay: $22/hour Sunday 6 pm start Monday-Thursday 5 pm start (work until completion of project for the day.

What's a typical day as a Selector? You'll be:
- Safely and accurately selecting customer orders, building and wrapping pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
- Performing pre-shift equipment checks and safely operating an electric pallet jack.
- Carefully moving products from racks to pallets as directed by order selecting software and equipment.
- Validating that the correct product has been selected and is damage-free.
- Efficiently delivering products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrapping palletized orders.
- Teaming up to clear aisles of debris and returning pallet jacks to the charging area.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Can read and communicate in English to attend trainings, hold conversations, and read labels.
- Are available to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday through Thursday from 6:00 PM until completion, with occasional weekends and holidays.
- Have recent experience in high-endurance or highly physical roles, such as lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, or construction work.
- Preferably have experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Preferably have experience operating a motorized pallet jack or similar equipment.
