About the Role We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Project Controls Scheduler to join our collaborative team. In this highly visible role, you will work from customer requirements, engineering plans, and P3 project schedules to establish proof of concept (POC), commissioning schedules, assess material availability, and determine capacity requirements. You will apply strong analytical skills and acquired industry expertise to resolve project issues and ensure project milestones remain on target. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules based on engineering plans, customer requirements, and P3 schedules.
- Establish and monitor POC and commissioning schedules, address material availability and capacity needs.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding late activities or any schedule changes, delays, or accelerations.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating a cooperative and proactive team spirit.
- Resolve project-related scheduling and resource challenges by leveraging Kanban and Lean Project Management principles.
- Maintain regular, punctual, and predictable attendance.
- Adapt to changing priorities and project requirements as directed by the supervisor or manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or tool installation planning.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of Kanban and Lean Project Management methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, and Office Calendar.
- Advanced scheduling and project planning resolution experience.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong adaptability to changing environments.
- Excellent analytical, data evaluation, and problem-solving skills; able to make informed, timely decisions.
- Effective self-starter and time manager—able to prioritize multiple critical tasks, even under pressure.
