Description

Job Title: Sanitation Technician (Janitor) – 2nd Shift
Location: Mt. Juliet, TN
Pay: $20.30/ hour
Shift: 2nd (B) Shift (3:00pm–11:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and work areas to uphold food safety standards
  • Operate powered cleaning equipment (such as floor scrubbers, pallet jacks, scissor lifts)
  • Handle and use cleaning chemicals safely according to all safety procedures
  • Complete accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team leads
  • Stay active—walking, standing, and performing repetitive tasks throughout your shift
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience working full shifts on your feet (walking or standing) highly preferred
  • Experience in sanitation, manufacturing, or food production a plus (training provided)
  • Able to lift, bend, twist, and work around food allergens
  • Open availability for rotating schedules, with the possibility of overtime, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Additional Information:
  • Frequent exposure to moisture, cleaning chemicals, moving equipment, and loud noise
  • Overtime, weekend, or holiday hours may be required
