Kelly, in partnership with a growing manufacturing company, is looking for Sanitation Manager in Pembroke, NC!

These are direct hire positions meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefits, vacation, and compensation package upon hire!

Details:
  • Shift available: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Pay: $$75,000 - $90,000 plus 10% bonus
  • Relocation assistance available!

Job Description:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain sanitation procedures and schedules.
  • Inspect equipment and facility for cleanliness and compliance.
  • Supervise and coordinate sanitation staff and activities.
  • Prepare reports and maintain sanitation records.
  • Ensure a safe work environment and food safety.
  • Train staff and promote continuous improvement.
  • Recommend new sanitation and safety practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Address staff concerns and participate in audits.
  • Monitor cleaning effectiveness and take corrective action as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5 years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Proficient with SSOPs and 8 steps of sanitation.
  • Proficient in GMPs, food safety and quality, Sanitary Design of equipment and production environment.
  • Detailed knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
  • Must have a flexible schedule including working overtime and weekends if necessary.
