What's a typical day as a Sales and Operations Planning Analyst? You'll be:

• Supporting the execution of the Sales & Operations Plan (S&OP).

• Driving fulfillment and on-time delivery (OTD), logistics cost control, and inventory optimization.

• Partnering with Materials, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics to overcome roadblocks and ensure shipments meet customer expectations.

• Executing clear communication between the region and supply chain on order fulfillment status.

• Coordinating with regional operations, commercial teams, and factories to meet requirements for shipping and revenue recognition.

• Participating in weekly operating mechanisms (eOM, MyOrders, etc.) with global supply chain and commercial teams.

• Supporting process improvement projects as identified by the S&OP Manager.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree and 2–3 years of operations management experience OR HS diploma and 5 years of operations management experience.

• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).

• Strong analytical ability to evaluate and solve complex problems using data.

• Proven ability to execute with rigor in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Legal authorization to work in the US without restriction.

• Residency in the US or Canada with ability to work remotely.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.

• Experience with Oracle, Smartsheet, or Demantra.

• Lean Expert or Black Belt certification.

• OMDP or other leadership program graduate.
