Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 40 hours/week.

Gain valuable experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics.

Lead and support projects that directly impact customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Supporting the execution of the Sales & Operations Plan (S&OP).
-
Driving fulfillment and on-time delivery (OTD), logistics cost control, and inventory optimization.
-
Partnering with Materials, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics to overcome roadblocks and ensure shipments meet customer expectations.

Executing clear communication between the region and supply chain on order fulfillment status.
-
Coordinating with regional operations, commercial teams, and factories to meet requirements for shipping and revenue recognition.

Participating in weekly operating mechanisms (eOM, MyOrders, etc.) with global supply chain and commercial teams.

Supporting process improvement projects as identified by the S&OP Manager.

Bachelor's Degree and 2–3 years of operations management experience OR HS diploma and 5 years of operations management experience.

Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong analytical ability to evaluate and solve complex problems using data.

Proven ability to execute with rigor in a fast-paced operational environment.

Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Legal authorization to work in the US without restriction.

Residency in the US or Canada with ability to work remotely.

Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.

Experience with Oracle, Smartsheet, or Demantra.

Lean Expert or Black Belt certification.
-
OMDP or other leadership program graduate.
