Kelly Services is partnering with a leading Southern California construction contractor to hire a hands-on, bilingual Safety Manager to oversee field safety operations and mentor a talented team of Safety Coordinators.

- Champion day-to-day safety leadership across multiple project sites.
- Mentor and develop Safety Coordinators while partnering with Operations, HR, and Risk teams.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations to drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver engaging toolbox talks, safety training, and employee coaching.
- Analyze safety data, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) — essential for field communication.
- 7+ years of progressive EHS or safety leadership experience, ideally in construction or utilities.
- Deep knowledge of CAL/OSHA and other state/federal safety regulations.
- OSHA 30, OSHA 500/510, CSM, or CSP certifications preferred.
- Strong communication, investigation, and coaching skills — calm under pressure and confident in the field.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field preferred.
