Salary: $20.00 per hour Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Typical business hours 9-5pm, weekly shift might change due to priorities—some weeks might be Monday-Thursday, others Tuesday-Friday. Onsite office days will be Tuesday and Wednesday. 25 hours per week, 9-5 shift every day.

What's a typical day as Reporting Specialist? You'll be:
  • Executing scheduling and operational workflows for scoring and reporting test administrations in Puerto Rico and Latin America.
  • Processing and delivering scoring reports accurately and on time.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving workflow or data issues independently.
  • Learning internal systems and processes quickly and adapting as needed.
  • Identifying inefficiencies, recommending process improvements, and supporting the team in streamlining operations.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Are entry-level with exposure to data workflows, CRM-like systems, or reporting environments.
  • Have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Are dependable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
  • Are comfortable with data workflows and reporting processes.
  • Have intermediate Excel knowledge and a willingness to learn more.
  • Are fluent in Spanish and have working proficiency in English.
  • Can commit to a minimum of 6 months in a temporary role, with potential for extension.
  • Are able to pay for onsite parking and work 25 hours per week.
