Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Bloomington, IN (Hybrid – must be local)
Type: Temporary (Potential to convert to permanent for the right candidate)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: Flexible, depending on experience
Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, full-time hours

  • One Saturday/month (~4 hours required)

  • Occasional Tuesday evenings

  • Any after-hours work will be offset with time off during the week

Job Description:
We're looking for a temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join our team ASAP in a hybrid capacity based in Bloomington, IN. If you're passionate about candidate experience, organized under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we'd love to connect.

This is a temporary role with the potential to convert to a permanent position for the right candidate.

About the Role:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, thoughtful, and engaging hiring experience for every candidate and hiring manager. You'll support the full recruitment process—from scheduling interviews to onboarding—while also helping us streamline and improve how we hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during interviews and onboarding

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics

  • Prepare offer letters and manage background checks/onboarding steps

  • Maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse (ATS)

  • Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives

  • Help improve recruitment workflows and gather feedback to enhance the process

  • Support ATS administration, including system configuration and issue resolution

Qualifications:

  • 1–2+ years in recruiting coordination, HR, or talent acquisition support

  • Experience in manufacturing or pharma environments is a plus

  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
