Job Title: In-House Recruiting Assistant
Job Summary:
Join Kelly as an In-House Recruiting Assistant and be at the forefront of supporting our dynamic recruitment and onboarding processes! Based in our office, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance and a seamless candidate experience by processing drug tests and I-9 verifications. - Shift: Standard business hours (Monday–Friday)
- Process candidate drug tests and I-9 employment eligibility verifications with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the recruitment team with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
- Assist with the onboarding process by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Maintain organized records of candidate information and onboarding progress.
- Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers as needed.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for candidates regarding onboarding and compliance questions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or HR coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative, HR, or recruiting support role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
