Position: Recruiting Operations Assistant 
Location: Modesto, CA
Pay Rate: $25–27/hour

Duration: Approx. 1 month

Overview:
E. & J. Gallo Winery's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Operations Assistant to support a short-term project focused on data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role is critical to ensuring a streamlined candidate experience and efficient internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and merge approximately 13,000 duplicate candidate profiles within Gallo's internal ATS.
• Identify and reconcile conflicting data points across records to maintain accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure proper handling of sensitive candidate information.
• Maintain a high level of data quality and consistency throughout the project.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a Recruiting or Recruiting Assistant role preferred.
• Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience working within large databases is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
