Description

Position: Receptionist
Location: San Mateo, CA
Pay rate: $25 to $30/HR DOE

Schedule:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM or 9 AM - 3 PM
  • Friday: Occasionally required
  • Monday: Occasional presence required depending on partner's schedule
  • Potential for full-time with overtime in the future
Key Responsibilities:
  • Send communications and emails to Adam
  • Manage calendaring as needed
  • Work on special projects including meeting and event planning, and process improvement related to the Home Office
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in administrative, office management, or project management roles
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, Concur
  • Ability to quickly learn new software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree or higher strongly preferred
  • Speaking Italian is a plus due to the Italian company
