Pay: $20.00–$23.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm or 8:30am–5:00pm
Location: St. Paul, MN
Type: Long-term temporary, with potential to become permanent
About the Role
In this role, you'll be the friendly first point of contact, by phone and in person, for individuals involved in mortgage audits. You'll also play an essential part in the reverification process, helping ensure accuracy for customers working toward final mortgage approval.

What You'll Do
- Manage the front desk: answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and assist occasional walk-in visitors.
- Handle reverifications for mortgage audits: confirming employment, income, and more using online tools, phone calls, email, fax, and mail.
- Prepare outgoing mail daily (folding, stuffing, postage) and process incoming mail (sorting, scanning, delivering).
- Support reverification letters: prepare checks, secure approvals, and submit payments.
- Maintain office supplies and keep common areas stocked and orderly.
- Enter, retrieve, and verify data using multiple software programs.
- Collaborate with teammates and assist with additional tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Previous front desk reception work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with a multi-line phone system
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- A professional, friendly phone manner
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work independently
- Willingness to learn new software and processes
Physical Requirements
- Frequent computer and office equipment use
- Ability to stay seated for most of the day
- Occasional light lifting (up to 24 lbs)
- Comfortable working in a quiet to moderate noise environment
