Quality Assurance Inspector -M-F-8AM-5PM

As a Quality Inspector, you will be at the forefront of our quality assurance process, performing visual, dimensional, and functional inspections to guarantee product conformity with documented specifications. Job Specifications:
- Full-time Opportunity
- $23.00 per Hour
- Monday-Friday
- Perform inspection of materials per inspection procedures to determine conformity.
- Identify nonconformities while performing repetitive inspections.
- Learn and understand the quality management system.
- Interpret drawing requirements using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
- Conduct first article inspections.
- Execute gauge repeatability and reproducibility studies.
- Utilize attribute and variable measuring equipment and gauges effectively.
- Support the qualification and validation processes for company products.
- Review product documentation to verify acceptability per specification and QSR requirements.
- Support department and organizational objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities throughout the site.
- Represent and promote quality standards including good manufacturing practices.
- Maintain neat and accurate records with good documentation skills.
- Operate in a manufacturing and/or clean room environment.
- Work independently as well as in a team setting.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years of inspection experience.
- Ability to travel up to 5%.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
- Proficiency in using various measuring equipment and gauges.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and good manufacturing practices.
