Kelly Science and Clinical is excited to share this opportunity as a 
Quality Control Technician at a leading Lithium Battery Company.

Who You Are: As a Quality Control Technician, you'll contribute to the creation of the next generation of battery materials by analyzing production and research/development samples. Your role involves analyzing test data, reporting results, and communicating any unexpected findings. Collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, and research teams to coordinate testing priorities is essential. You must be adept at multitasking to handle various analytical tests daily.

  • Temp/Temp-Hire position.
  • Work Schedule: Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Wage: 28-35/Hour DOE

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Perform analytical testing to support routine production, research/development, and method development.
  • Coordinate daily priorities with requesters and management.
  • Communicate roadblocks and issues to management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enhance laboratory operating standards, procedures, and systems.
  • Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain testing equipment.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience in research or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in performing routine analytical work with attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow and improve written procedures and document results electronically.
  • Experience in planning and prioritizing daily work, collaborating with team members, and seeking guidance when necessary.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting analytical instruments.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

  • Wear personal protective equipment, including lab coat, gloves, safety glasses, and steel toe safety shoes.
  • Lift items up to 25 lbs with assistance.
  • Move between buildings and remain stationary for extended periods.
  • Reach low shelves or items on the floor.
  • Handle materials with precision and repetition.
  • Operate computer and office equipment.
