Description

Kelly Services is hiring Quality Control Inspector for a well-established manufacturer and supplier of wire harnesses, cables, and custom components, proudly headquartered in Twinsburg since 1987.

$18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
1st Shift: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM 
2nd Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Training: 2nd shift employees must be able to train on 1st shift for a few weeks. Flexible training hours available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies, and final products using physical, mechanical, or electrical measurements.
  • Rework or reject materials that do not meet quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections and audits.
  • Assist with developing or updating inspection checklists and procedures.
  • Calibrate and maintain testing equipment per company procedures.
  • Review documentation to ensure compliance with ISO, IPC, UL, CSA, and customer standards.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a quality control or inspection role.
  • Previous assembly and quality inspection experience.
  • Working knowledge of measurement tools and equipment.
  • Computer proficiency preferred.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift, push or pull up to 40 lbs. intermittently
  • Must be able to bend, squat, stand, walk or sit for extended periods of time
