ABOUT THE JOBAs a Photo Etch Inspector, you will be responsible for verifying the quality of parts through visual inspection and dimensional verification, as well as removing parts from sheets and preparing them for shipment.
Essential Functions-
Read and follow instructions on travelers and other company documentation to complete tasks accurately.

Record manufacturing lot information, measurements, and other required data on company documentation.

Perform visual inspections of parts under a microscope to ensure compliance with company and customer inspection criteria.

Use measurement tools, such as drop gauges and handheld micrometers, to verify material thickness.

Utilize handheld tools to form and process metal parts.

Remove parts from sheets using tools like scissors, clippers, or hand-powered cutoff tools, depending on the part specifications.

Identify and recommend inspection process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Basic computer skills and proficiency with entry-level Excel for data entry.

Strong time management and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.

Effective problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This is a full-time position with the following shift options:

First Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Second Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM

Occasional overtime may be required based on management and production needs. Regular attendance is essential to this role.

High School Diploma or GED

Compliance with ITAR regulations is required.
