Available Shift
1st shift: MON-FRI at $21/hr (8am-4.30pm)

What's a typical day as Quality & Compliance Coordinator? You'll be:
  • Coordinating and supporting quality, safety, and compliance programs throughout warehouse and distribution operations.
  • Managing and auditing Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and compliance activities.
  • Promoting, implementing, and auditing Lean practices such as 5S, visual management, and standard work.
  • Conducting regular facility audits and inspections, tracking findings and corrective actions.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, organization, and efficiency.
  • Maintaining documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and compliance records.
  • Training warehouse staff on safety procedures, quality standards, and Lean practices.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators related to quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Ensuring consistent application of company policies and regulatory requirements.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a bachelor's degree in Quality, Safety, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Possess 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, quality, compliance, safety, or continuous improvement.
  • Are bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Have experience conducting audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
  • Understand Lean principles (such as 5S, Kaizen) and continuous improvement practices.
  • Are familiar with EHS standards, audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Have proven leadership skills and can manage daily tasks for direct reports.
