QC Lab Technician
Charlotte NC
Temp to hire 
Flexible to work a variety of schedules/shifts
Pay Rate: $26/hour

Job Summary:

An entry-level laboratory position is available for an individual to support quality-related testing in a manufacturing or production environment. This role involves performing a range of laboratory tasks, analyzing data, and maintaining compliance with internal procedures and external standards. Candidates should be capable of working independently, managing routine lab responsibilities, and contributing to overall lab efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory testing on samples using established procedures; document and communicate results accurately.

  • Assess incoming materials and support product evaluation activities as needed.

  • Handle the organization and maintenance of sample storage areas.

  • Support calibration checks and basic maintenance of lab equipment.

  • Adhere to applicable safety and compliance protocols in daily activities.

  • Maintain adequate inventory of lab supplies and ensure general lab cleanliness.

  • Be flexible with work hours and assist with coverage when necessary.

  • Participate in various lab-related projects or assignments as directed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field is preferred.

  • Some prior experience in a lab environment is beneficial.

  • Familiarity with general analytical techniques; any exposure to HPLC is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow written instructions precisely.

  • Comfortable using basic software tools for documentation and data entry.

  • Must be able to work in a physically active lab setting and handle routine manual tasks.
