Overview
The Client continues to grow, creating new opportunities for talented professionals to join its winning team. We are currently seeking a QA Technical Manager who is a critical thinker, operates with autonomy, embraces accountability, and strives for continuous improvement.
Under the direction of the Quality Director, this individual will be responsible for managing all Client Quality Assurance (QA) inquiries, concerns, and projects to completion. The QA Technical Manager will serve as a key information resource, providing guidance on QA and QC practices and maintaining strong communication and relationships across internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities
Technical Support

  • Serve as the primary QA information resource for internal and external clients.
  • Support the creation, execution, and maintenance of QA procedures.
  • Provide timely QA guidance and solutions to internal and external clients.
Continuous Improvement
  • Serve as a primary investigator for product quality and food?safety inquiries or investigations.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions based on data insights.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve efficiency.
Compliance
  • Ensure that QA practices comply with regulatory, GFSI, and customer requirements.
  • Provide QA support during external audits and inspections.
  • Conduct internal QA audits.
  • Oversee maintenance of approved product specifications.
Administration & Communication
  • Lead and mentor QA personnel as assigned.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations.
  • Facilitate discussions on QA topics.
  • Provide QA training to personnel as needed.

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a natural science field.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of QA experience in food manufacturing.
  • HACCP certification required.
  • PCQI certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team?management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to report to any company facility as needed, including same?day notice.
