Join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team as a Pump Technician II with a global water technology leader specializing in advanced pumping and fluid-handling systems that support municipal, industrial, and infrastructure projects worldwide.

Location: Pewaukee, WI
? Pay Rate: $23 – $28/hour (based on experience)
? Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
? Employment Type: 6-month contract
? Work Setup: Onsite, industrial service shop

Assemble, disassemble, diagnose, and repair pumps and rotating equipment
-
Perform pump hydrostatic and performance testing and support test setups
-
Support service and repair jobs from teardown through final testing
-
Receive, identify, and stock inventory for pumps and parts
-
Pull, assemble, and stage pump and parts orders
-
Prep, paint, and finish pumps and components
-
Package and prepare pump and parts orders for shipment
-
Operate forklifts, cranes, and lifting devices as required
-
Follow all company safety practices and procedures
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools and precision measuring tools
-
Ability to read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions
-
Experience working in a mechanical, industrial, or heavy-equipment environment
-
Basic computer skills
-
Ability to multitask and support multiple areas of the shop
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
High attention to detail and safety
Preferred:
-
2+ years in a heavy industrial or mechanical repair environment
-
Experience with large equipment or rotating machinery
-
Background with Caterpillar, Komatsu, or similar heavy-equipment environments
-
Test setup or mechanical test technician experience
-
Welding, advanced tooling, or high-capacity crane experience
-
Forklift and overhead crane operation

Weekly pay and direct deposit
