Pay Rate: $20/hour

Employment: 1-year contract

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Setup: Hybrid schedule (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday remote; Tuesday and Thursday onsite)

Maintain supplies and employee equipment inventory.
-
Answer and appropriately route incoming phone calls for the district.
-
Administer unit communications and process/distribute mail for the district.
-
Handle routine district correspondence to external agencies and monitor incoming fax correspondence.
-
Monitor and maintain unit general correspondence directories and contact/distribution lists.
-
Administer requests and deliver boxed documents from Iron Mountain.
-
Perform filing, data entry, and report tracking tasks.
-
Provide backup assistance for unit groups and administrative support on other assigned tasks.

Change CVP mailing addresses, mail CVP forms, and mail Private Rail Car and FlightProperty notices.

Scan documents for all areas in the district, rename files according to standard naming conventions, and move files from Microsoft to Google platforms.

Copy and produce student reference materials.

Verify links on the website for property tax-related material.

Develop and review standard work processes.

Review, compile, and store electronic documents in appropriate folders using specified standard naming conventions.

Prior administrative experience.

Strong organizational skills and general office experience.

Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Advanced computer skills.
Preferred Skills:

Proofreading and attention to detail.

Experience proofing communications and memos.
