Senior Project Manager
Resumen del puesto:
La posición está encargada de gestionar proyectos multidisciplinarios, coordinando contratistas y diseñadores en todas las etapas. Brinda asesoría en la selección de consultores, revisa las fases de diseño y lidera el proceso de toma de decisiones para asegurar opciones de planificación óptimas. Supervisa directamente o mediante reportes cada paso de los procesos de planificación y construcción, incluyendo el desarrollo y gestión de solicitudes de subvención. A nivel gerencial medio-senior, lidera el equipo de planificación para conceptualizar y priorizar proyectos derivados del Plan Maestro, Evaluación de Condiciones de Instalaciones (FCA), Plan de Mejoras de Construcción y el Departamento Comercial.

Funciones esenciales:

  • Guiar y preparar proyectos para su ejecución sin contratiempos.
  • Liderar la programación de fondos del Plan de Mejoras, reembolsos PFC y proyecciones CAPEX.
  • Gestionar procesos de solicitud y cierre de subvenciones, asegurando cumplimiento con regulaciones federales.
  • Coordinar con la FAA y patrocinadores.
  • Identificar y asegurar fuentes de financiamiento (subvenciones, bonos, inversiones privadas).
  • Supervisar el progreso de obras y realizar inspecciones para garantizar cumplimiento.
  • Servir como enlace entre divisiones (aire, tierra, terminales, instalaciones) para asegurar coherencia en los objetivos de diseño.
  • Investigar programas federales de financiamiento alineados con la estrategia del departamento.
  • Apoyar o liderar procesos de licitación, adjudicación y contratación de proyectos.
  • Verificar conformidad de obras con planos y especificaciones, y asegurar documentación adecuada al cierre.

Requisitos del puesto:
  • Preparación en arquitectura o ingeniería; maestría deseable.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos (5 a 10 años).
  • Conocimiento en teorías y prácticas de construcción, planificación y financiamiento.
  • Licencias profesionales estatales preferiblemente (P.E o AIA).
  • Familiaridad con regulaciones federales, estatales y locales.
  • Conocimiento de los programas AIP y PFC de la FAA.
