Description

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:00AM to 5:00PM/ HYBRID 

Term: 6 months with a possibility of term extension 

Payrate: USD 23.98/hr 

Job Summary:  

The Project Coordinator supports mineral operations by maintaining accurate databases, reviewing lease and production reports, assisting with billing and compliance tracking, and providing administrative support to the mineral management team. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with data management tools, and the ability to work collaboratively in both office and hybrid settings. 

Job Description: 

  • Review and maintain mineral-related spreadsheets, databases, and document files. 

  • Verify monthly billing for accuracy and compliance prior to processing. 

  • Review and process lease production reports in accordance with lease agreements. 

  • Assist with mineral applications and permit compliance monitoring. 

  • Support the team in drafting documents and correspondence. 

  • Participate in departmental meetings and projects as assigned. 

  • Respond to internal and external inquiries via phone, email, or written communication. 

  • Maintain organized digital and physical records for reference and audits. 

  • Perform occasional fieldwork or site visits if required. 

  • Handle other duties as assigned to support mineral management operations. 

 

Must Haves 

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). 

  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. 

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities effectively. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team. 

Nice to haves:  

  • Experience with ArcView/ArcMap or Salesforce. 

  • Prior work experience in natural resources, land management, or energy-related data administration. 

  • Basic understanding of lease or permit compliance processes. 

  • Experience in a government or regulatory environment.
