Join our client's Legal Department as a Project Clerk!

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to support our client's team with file management, data entry, and administrative coordination. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, consistency, and supporting a busy team behind the scenes.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
Hours: full time days
Hybrid: Work From Home + Oak Park Heights workspace at least 1 day per week.
  What You'll Do

  • Open, organize, and maintain files from start to close
  • Research and enter key details into our database (contacts, products, dates, case info, etc.)
  • Summarize case history and create clear, accurate reports and Excel charts
  • Track calendar deadlines and generate weekly reports for the team
  • Review correspondence for grammar, accuracy, and consistency
  • Communicate with adjusters, outside law firms, and internal team members to gather updates
  • Support administrative tasks such as insurance notifications, litigation holds, and record retrieval
  • Review reports provided once a week and compare data to make sure it is all entered and accurate
  • Assist with other projects and administrative duties as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Previous office administrative and data entry experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable, adaptable, and proactive
