Job Title: Production Technician – Semiconductor/Electronic/Optics Field
Pay Range: $24 – $28 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: 1st shift, 6:00am – 2:30pm

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician experienced in the semiconductor, electronic, or optics field. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on skills in machine setup, operations, tool management, and quality inspections, working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, equip, operate, and program production machines and tools
• Determine and manage proper production sequence for assigned tasks
• Input data and feedback into production systems
• Manage tools, maintain equipment, and ensure workstation organization
• Clean, deburr, and inspect parts per engineering drawings and specifications
• Prepare and perform painting operations as needed
• Prepare, weld, and assemble welding components; inspect weld seams
• Perform and document quality inspections on workpieces
• Support prototype testing and provide feedback for process improvements
• Ensure all assigned processes meet quality standards and output targets
• Actively participate in shopfloor activities and support organizational changes
• Maintain compliance with safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a manufacturing operator
• Experience in semiconductor, electronic field, or optics assembly preferred
• Ability to set up calibrations and interpret work instructions and technical drawings
• Proficient computer skills; familiarity with MS Office and standard software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to wear a full-body smock while working
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
