1st shift Production Supervisor – Direct Hire
Location: Farmersville, TX
Hours: 6:00am 4:30pm Monday - Thursday / some Fridays as needed
Salary: $60,000 - 75,000 based on experience

Kelly is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead 1st shift operations in our manufacturing facility in Farmville, TX! This role is responsible for managing daily production activities to ensure high productivity, superior product quality, safe operations, and on-time delivery of customer orders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of woodworking and manufacturing processes, demonstrate leadership in a fast-paced environment, and operate effectively with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily production of retail store fixtures
- Ensure productivity, quality standards, and on-time order fulfillment
- Monitor labor utilization, overtime, and operating expenses to stay within budget
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and safe work practices
- Train, coach, and develop production team members
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Maintain production schedules and communicate with management regarding performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures
- 3+ years of production supervision experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Working knowledge of woodworking and fabrication processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage budgets, labor efficiency, and overtime control
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work safely with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and organizational skills
