Production Operator
Location: Fort Worth, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time (Temp-to-Hire)
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Shift: Rotating 12-hour DuPont Schedule (4-week cycle alternating days and nights)

Kelly is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Production Operators at our advanced manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. As a key contributor to our greenfield operation, you will play an essential role in the production of critical materials supporting next-generation technologies. Candidates with prior hands-on experience in 24/7 industrial environments are encouraged to apply.

Shift Schedule (DuPont 4-week cycle):

  • 4 night shifts, followed by 3 days off
  • 3 day shifts, followed by 1 day off
  • 3 night shifts, followed by 3 days off
  • 4 day shifts, followed by 7 days off

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections of work areas and equipment
  • Prepare materials and set up equipment in accordance with established operating recipes and work instructions
  • Operate mobile and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitor and operate molten metal processing and vacuum casting equipment
  • Control and adjust process and equipment parameters to ensure product quality and optimal productivity
  • Document, collect, and report production data accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Comply with all company safety regulations and policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Actively participate in Kaizen and other continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment; foundry, hot metal working, or molten metal processing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding workplace cleanliness and housekeeping
  • Demonstrated basic computer proficiency, including data entry in ERP systems and Excel
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
