What's a typical day as a Production Operator? You'll be:
  • Assist Operators, Workers, and Blenders with pre-operational setup activities.
  • Perform tasks to support production, such as folding boxes and restocking materials.
  • Build pallets according to established tie-high standards.
  • Operate basic production equipment including pneumatic pallet jacks and tape guns.
  • Perform routine quality checks on finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Follow all cleaning and sanitation procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with OSHA and SQF policies.
  • Continuously work to improve line productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Represent ADM professionally and uphold all regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Willingness to adhere to all safety policies and wear required PPE.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Must own steel toe boots/shoes.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Team-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
