Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and experienced Production Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing company located in Lake Mary, FL 32746. Salary Range:
$18.00-$23.00 ( based on experience)
Schedule- 6:00am-2:30pm

Overview:
The Production Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and skilled repairs on complex production equipment and systems. This role involves evaluating and recommending equipment improvements to enhance efficiency, capability, and yield.
This position is essential for maintaining the smooth operation and reliability of production facilities, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient function of equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive and unscheduled maintenance by performing equipment failure analysis.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare technical reports documenting equipment modifications and procedures for maintenance.
• Recommend improvements for equipment and systems to optimize performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience. ( troubleshooting and repair of production equipment, Preventative maintenance. )

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Safety Requirements:

• Safety glasses and shoes are mandatory in all manufacturing areas.
• Hearing protection must be worn in marked areas and is optional in unmarked areas.
