Pay: $23.50/HR
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

What You'll Do:
• Disassemble high-horsepower diesel engines
• Clean and inspect engine components for the next stage of production
• Operate machines and equipment safely and efficiently
• Rotate through tasks to keep your work engaging and dynamic

What We're Looking For:
• Fast learner willing to pick up new skills
• Mechanical aptitude and detail–oriented approach
• Experience with engines and hand tools a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Safety & Environment:
• Always put safety first by spotting hazards and using PPE
• Maintain compliance with company safety standards
Quality:
• Perform thorough inspections and ensure quality procedures are followed
• Report and control any non-conforming materials
Production:
• Achieve production targets and keep your workspace clean
• Work closely with teammates and support staff to keep operations running smoothly
Teamwork:
• Communicate well, share ideas for improvement
• Take part in training for skill and career development
