We're seeking a Production Associate (Assembly) to work at a premier manufacturer, Cummins Fuel Systems, in Walesboro, IN. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
  • 1st shift: $19/hour (Monday-Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm)
  • 2nd shift: $19.50/hour (Monday-Friday, 2:45pm – 10:45pm; trains on 1st shift for 1 week)
  • 3rd shift: $19.50/hour (Sunday-Thursday, 10:30pm – 6:30am; trains on 1st shift for 1 week)
  • Time and a half pay after 40 hours, double time after 49 hours
  • Weekly pay

What's a typical day as Production Associate (Assembly)? You'll be:
  • Operating manual and automated equipment to assemble products
  • Installing engine parts including oil pans, pistons, cam shafts, and tubing as part of a collaborative team
  • Meeting production goals, optimizing cycle times, and maintaining quality standards
  • Working alongside peers and support staff to troubleshoot and identify equipment needing repair
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Are detail-oriented and enjoy hands-on work
  • Are comfortable standing 8-10 hours, bending, squatting, walking, and kneeling
  • Can lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. in a busy production environment
