Location: Mukilteo, WA
Start: ASAP
Shift: 2nd shift- Monday-Thursday from 3:00pm to 12:30am, Friday 2:30pm-7pm with overtime as necessary on the weekends.
Pay Rate: $19.52/hr

Kelly is partnered with a global medical and dental device manufacturer. They are looking for a 2nd shift production associate to join their team! This position is temp to hire for strong performers with conversion around 3 months. 

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Production Associate contributes to the daily production of product and the fulfillment of orders. In this role you will assist with labeling products and prepping inventory for our first shift.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately pick, pack, check, recheck and ship orders to customers.
• Efficiently label products within KPIs determined per hour.
• Properly label packages, verify, and palletize orders for shipment.
• Prep inventory for first shift. Count products and maintain accurate inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.

GENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to focus on details.
• Ability to stand for most of your shift.
• Knowledge of basic inventory control procedures is a plus
• Comfortable with repetitive work.
• Should be comfortable occasionally lifting 25-50 lbs. based on order fulfillment needs.

HOURS: Ability to work the standard work schedule Monday-Thursday from 3:00pm to 12:30am, Friday 2:30pm-7pm with overtime as necessary on the weekends.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: Typically 2 or more years of related experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:  Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. 
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. Physical ability to repeatedly transport objects typically weighing 40-50 lbs. or more based on order fulfillment needs.
