Salary/Pay Rate:  2nd Shift- $19.50 

What's a typical day as a Production Associate 1? You'll be:
• Expiernece working in a Clean Room Environment 
• Performing manufacturing/assembly operations on multiple product lines and various tasks following procedures, work instructions, and process aid sheets with limited supervision.
• Participating in quality control inspections when required.
• Working with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
• Providing strong manufacturing support on the development and prove out of new products, methods, tools, and test equipment.
• Complying with all EHS and Quality procedures and policies.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Have expiernece packaging and small part assembly.
• Have expiernece in clean room environment   
• Are proficient with computer programs like Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Have the ability to understand and interpret written technical information.
• Have demonstrated attention to detail and quality-minded work habits.
• Have the ability to handle small, delicate parts.
• Have the ability to multi-task and handle tooling weighing 25 lbs. or less.
• Have the ability to operate comfortably using a microscope to perform job-related tasks.
• Have the ability to perform detail-oriented work and complete projects on time.
