Description

Production Assembler – B Shift
Location: Rochester, NY
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Pay: $16.50/hr + $0.75 shift differential = $17.25/hr

Join a growing contract manufacturing team known for its lean, ISO-certified operations and spotless, well-lit work environment. In this role, you'll help build electromechanical and kitted products used in consumer markets.

This is a temporary position with the potential for long-term or temp-to-hire opportunities based on performance and business needs.
Great opportunity for college students looking to earn extra cash and gain hands-on experience in a clean, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Assemble, kit, and package small to mid-sized components according to quality standards
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections and report non-conformances
  • Operate hand tools, fixtures, or semi-automatic equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized (5S) work area

Note: This is a clean-room style environment. To protect sensitive products, employees must remove acrylic nails, nail polish, lash extensions, and jewelry during work hours.

What You Need to Bring:
  • Reliable transportation—occasional travel to another local site may be required (within Rochester)
  • Strong attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
  • Attention to detail; previous experience in assembly, kitting, or manufacturing is a plus but not required
