Job Title: Process Pro
Location: Waterloo, IA
Assignment Length: 18 Months (As a W2 employee of KellyOCG)
Pay Rate: $33.00 per hour
Shift Information: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (minimal overtime expected)
Work Environment: Onsite only; business casual dress code; shop floor position (~75% time spent on feet). Metatarsal safety boots required on first day.

Position Overview:
As a CI Process Pro, you will facilitate and implement process improvement projects within business units at Tractor Operations. You'll ensure process metrics are aligned, lead project teams, collaborate cross-functionally, document and report progress, and solve operational challenges through thorough analysis and alternative evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, implement, and monitor process metrics and performance targets
- Lead project teams in defining and deploying new processes and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts
- Document, report, and validate team progress and results post-project closure
- Analyze issues and evaluate solutions to solve problems
- 1+ year of manufacturing and/or operations experience
- 1+ year of demonstrated team leadership/mentoring
- 1+ year of leading and managing projects
- 1+ year of continuous improvement experience
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Comfortable working in a factory/shop floor environment (~75% time on feet)
- DMAIC/Green Belt Certification
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Relationship building with Union and Salary employees
- Smart Connected Factory experience (PowerBI, Tableau, Ignition)
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and excellent communication
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management or Engineering/Technology, OR equivalent work experience
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Fully onsite role, with occasional intra-facility travel
- Ability and willingness to drive company Gator or tractor within factory after completing safety training
- Candidates may use personal vehicles for other facilities within a 20-mile radius
