What's a typical day as Process Maintenance Technician I? You'll be:
  • Working in a safe and environmentally responsible way while onsite five days per week
  • Performing corrective and preventative maintenance on process equipment to ensure peak reliability and functionality
  • Operating, monitoring, and controlling assigned equipment, systems, or processes
  • Supporting and implementing equipment reliability improvement projects and assisting in all aspects of process operations
  • Recording and reviewing production data in batch production records (BPRs) and associated forms
  • Handling, moving, and inspecting manufacturing equipment and supplies, occasionally working at heights or in confined spaces
  • Responding to event support needs and participating in system/equipment troubleshooting
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have an Associate's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent military/industrial training with demonstrated understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems (required)
  • Bring at least three years of relevant work experience in maintenance or process operations (required)
  • Are knowledgeable in compressed air systems, electro-mechanical controls, electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation/robotics (preferred)
  • Possess experience with automated records systems such as SAP, schematics, wiring diagrams, and other technical documentation (preferred)
  • Demonstrate dependability, a willingness to learn quickly and independently, and adaptability to changing environments
  • Are able to meet physical requirements, including corrected vision, color vision, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift/move up to 33 pounds
  • Are comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels, temperatures, and occasionally around odorous/hazardous materials
